Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect with a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead solution design within a corporate innovation lab. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture and a proven track record of designing transformative solutions for large organizations in the public and financial sectors. This role is for a Canadian resident with prior experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, who is willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Prototyping: Lead the end-to-end design and rapid prototyping of innovative solutions within the innovation lab, ensuring they’re human-centered, scalable, and technically feasible.
- Enterprise Architecture Integration: Act as a bridge between the innovation lab and the wider enterprise, applying comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture to ensure new solutions align with the organization’s long-term technology strategy and governance models.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into clear architectural roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in the public and financial sectors to design solutions that meet strict security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams on best practices for solution design and implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing digital solutions, consumer facing solutions, and enterprise architecture, with a focus on large-scale innovation.
- Canadian residency with a willingness to travel for project-based work.
- Prior working experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is a plus.
Certifications in emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, and innovation from recognized organizations are a plus.
