Course Description
The Certified Agile Leader is a transformative course that equips Business and Technology Leaders with the tools, strategies, and mindset to drive agility within their organizations. Participants will learn what Agile is and why it’s essential, explore Agile governance, Agile mechanics, Key Agile roles, Agile ceremonies, and Agile Metrics, and master PI planning and Agile delivery structures. They will also learn how Agile can impact on fostering collaboration and innovation.

Course Structure
This training course consists of 5 different workshops. Each workshop focuses on a key subject in the Leaders journey to master Agile.
Business Agility
This session will cover Agile concepts and what it means to be an agile organization. The session will cover Agile governance process and delivery structure overview.
Agility Mechanics
This session will cover Agile concepts, work intake and decomposition, Kanban boards concepts, building Kanban components, and the lifecycle of an Epic.
Agile Roles and Ceremonies
This session will dive deep in the delivery structure in Agile, roles and responsibilities and ceremonies at scale.
Organizational Interaction Model
This session will help learn about Agile Metrics, OKRs, introduce PI Planning, interaction model use cases, and cover a day in the life of key roles.
Agile at Scale
This session will provide an overview about the roles and responsibilities at each level of the delivery, a scaled framework and cadence of agile ceremonies.
