Welcome to Ontario Consulting. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our professional services, including the Ontario Consulting Innovation Lab (OCIL) and our Intelligence Hub. By accessing our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Professional Services & “Inference-to-Impact”
Ontario Consulting provides strategic advisory, agile coaching, and AI solution architecture. While we strive for the highest accuracy in our AI-driven insights and frameworks (such as the Design Thinking for AI Canvas), all strategic advice is provided for informational purposes. Clients are responsible for the final implementation and business outcomes within their unique socio-technical ecosystems.
2. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All proprietary frameworks, infographics, maturity scales, and “Intelligence Hub” articles are the exclusive property of Ontario Consulting unless otherwise credited (e.g., to our partners).
- Limited License: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download materials for personal or internal business evaluation only. Redistribution or commercial “white-labeling” of our OCIL methodology is strictly prohibited without written consent.
3. AI and Agentic Frameworks
Our website may feature interactive AI Agents or directories.
- No Professional-Client Relationship: Interaction with an AI agent on this site does not constitute a formal consulting engagement.
- Data Usage: Any data inputted into our public-facing AI tools is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Do not input sensitive trade secrets or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) into public demo agents.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontario Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital tools or the application of our agile budgeting and finance models. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our “Intelligence Hub” or private client portals immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our strategic alliances.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
