Terms and Conditions for Job Application

By submitting your job application and any accompanying materials (collectively, “Application”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided in your Application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to the rejection of your Application, withdrawal of an offer of employment, or termination of employment if you are hired.

We reserve the right to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to, your education, employment history, and professional references.


2. Data Privacy and Use

You consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purpose of assessing your qualifications for the position for which you have applied, and for other recruitment and employment-related purposes. This may include, but is not limited to:

We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be retained for a period of one year to consider you for future roles, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless you request otherwise.


3. No Guarantee of Employment

The submission of your Application does not create any promise or contract of employment. It does not guarantee that you will be invited for an interview or offered a position. We are under no obligation to consider your Application, and we reserve the right to make hiring decisions at our sole discretion.


4. Intellectual Property

You agree that any information, ideas, or intellectual property you disclose in your Application are not confidential. We will not be liable for any claims related to the use of such information, and you understand that we have no obligation to return or protect any Application materials.


5. Background Checks

By submitting your Application, you authorize us to conduct background checks, including but not limited to, criminal record checks, employment verifications, and educational verifications, to the extent permitted by law. You agree to provide any additional information necessary for such checks upon request.


6. Right to Terminate Recruitment Process

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the recruitment process at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any costs or damages incurred by you as a result of any such decision.


7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mississauga, Ontario to resolve any disputes arising from your Application.
