The Certified Agilist is an impactful course designed for IT professionals, providing them with the skills, strategies, and mindset to thrive in Agile environments. Course Structure:

This training course consists of 5 different workshops. Each workshop focuses on a key foundational subject in the Agile journey.

Introduction to Agile mindset
This session will help you learn Agile basics Agile and understand why Agile is impacting the spectrum of business! You will learn how agile can accelerate the delivery of value in your project.

Introduction to Agile Scrum Framework
This session will help you learn about the basics of Scrum framework. The session will help you understand the concepts, key ceremonies and good practices in Scrum.

Introduction to Agile Kanban Framework
This session will help you learn about the basics of Kanban framework. The session will help you understand the concepts, policies and the system design.

Innovation and Agile MVP Thinking
This session will help learn about how innovation works. You will learn the basic concepts of MVP thinking and Human Centric Design (HCD) and how they integrate with Agile.

Agile Roles
This session will help you learn about agile roles in the organization such as Agile Coach. The session will explain how these roles can help the organization establish, mature and optimize Agile mindset.

Samir is an Agile Consultant with 20+ years of experience leading Agile transformation programs and coaching product teams, Agile leaders, and Product Managers. Samir led business and digital transformation programs in North America and GCC. Samir is a thought leader and active participant in Agile events. Samir has certificates in Agile including Kanban Design, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-ACP.
